How we handle your information

Short version: you can get your score without giving us your name or email.

Who we are

My Broker Tender is run by Tunstall Associates Pte Ltd, 9 Sengkang Square, Singapore. We are paid only by the organisations that buy from us.

What we collect, and when

  • Your answers to the questions. Stored under a scrambled session ID. No name or email is attached until you choose to get your PDF.
  • Your work email. Only if you ask for the PDF or buy. We use a one-time code to check it.
  • Your name and organisation. Only if you buy.
  • Documents you upload. Only in the paid flow, and only if you choose to. See below.
  • Payment details. Card details go straight to Stripe. They never touch our servers.
  • Anonymous usage counts. Only if you accept analytics cookies. See Cookies.

What we do with it

  • Work out your score and show your result.
  • Send you the emails you asked for, and one follow-up email about a week after your free report.
  • Prepare and review your paid report. Steve Tunstall reads it before release.
  • Build an anonymised Asia benchmark from structured answers only. No figure is ever published from fewer than five organisations. You can opt out in your account.

We do not sell your information. We take no money from insurers or brokers, and we do not pass your details to them.

Your uploads

Uploads are never used for the benchmark unless you separately agree. They are kept until you delete them. If your account is inactive we email a reminder at 12 months, and delete them after 24 months of inactivity, with warning emails at 23 months and 7 days before deletion.

Who helps us run this

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud (hosting, sign-in, and a database and file storage located in Singapore), Stripe (payments), and an email delivery service. These providers process information for us to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of the benchmark, by emailing gretchel@tunstallasc.com.
