Terms of use and sale

These terms apply to My Broker Tender, run by Tunstall Associates Pte Ltd.

What this is

A tool that helps organisations understand what their insurance broker earns, score readiness to run a broker tender, and prepare a tender. It is about broker arrangements and the tender process.

What this is not

It is not insurance advice. We do not comment on your insurance cover, and we do not recommend any insurer, policy or level of cover. We do not rank brokers. Broker lists are proposed from published information and are not a ranking. Ranges marked ‘Tunstall view’ are professional estimates.

Independence

We are paid only by you. We take no money from insurers or brokers, and we have no referral or affiliate arrangements with them.

Who can buy

  • Organisations only. Buying needs a verified work email. Personal email addresses are not accepted for purchase.
  • Brokers may use the free tool. They may not buy the paid report. When you buy you confirm that you are not acting for a broker.

Prices and payment

  • Diagnostic & Tender Pack: USD 4,888. All prices are in USD. We are not registered for GST, so none is charged.
  • Pay by card through Stripe Checkout, or ask for an invoice with 14-day terms. Work starts when payment is received.
  • Bespoke packages are priced at a fixed fee agreed in writing after a scoping call.

Refunds and credit

  • 24-hour refund, only if your report has not been released. You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of paying, as long as we have not yet released your report. We refund what you were charged.
  • Once your report is released, there is no refund, even if 24 hours have not passed. After 24 hours there is no refund either.
  • If you book a bespoke package within 90 days of paying, the full amount you paid for the pack is credited against it.

Your reports

Each paid report is generated from your answers and our templates, then reviewed and released by Steve Tunstall, normally within 2 business days of payment. The Word tender documents are yours to edit and use on your own letterhead.

Benchmark

By using the tool you agree that your anonymised, structured answers may contribute to an Asia benchmark. No figure is published from fewer than five organisations. You can opt out in your account. Documents you upload are never included unless you separately agree.

Limits on our liability

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
